Administrative Support / Assistant Dispatcher
An established logistics company in West Seattle, WA is looking to add a driven, self-motivated professional to their team as an Administrative Specialist / Assistant Dispatcher!

This role is perfect for an administrative professional who has some experience in logistics or sales. Responsibilities include performing and/or assisting with documentation records & filing, office operations, administrative tasks, and the ability to be organized in a very busy office.

Other Various Duties:
- Reviews, corrects & processes daily logistics documents.
- Maintains Work Logs, Costs & Shipment Status
- Serves as a liaison between Company and field staff, as well as customers, etc.(Dispatch)
- Maintains & orders office supplies as needed

Job Requirements:
- Strong Prioritizing & Organizational Skills
- Microsoft Word/Excel Proficient
- Excellent Communicator
- A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience is highly desired.
- Associates Degree is preferred.

Full Time - M-F 8:30AM-5PM
PAY $15-$16 Hourly
Contract-To- Hire
