AP / Payroll Specialist - TEMP
A great family owned company in the Royal City area is looking for a Accounts Payable / Payroll Specialist to assist their team for the summer during their busy season! This position is responsible for processing payroll and performing accounting activities regarding payments on accounts.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Processes payroll
- Maintains and documents all payroll records
- Responds to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns
- Oversees and manages all accounts payable
- Schedules and prepares checks to pay vendors
- Resolves purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and/or payment discrepancies, and documents resolution
- Verifies accuracy of invoices and ensures timely payment
- Verifies proper approvals and coding of invoices
- Researches, resolves, and follows-up on all vendor's issues or inquiries
- Maintains accounting files
- Maintains organized filing systems and accounting back-up documents
- Participates in additional projects and initiatives as determined by management
- Performs other duties as assigned


- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- Five (5) years' experience in accounting and working in a professional office environment
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel,Outlook; and other standard office equipment, knowledge of CRM systems, Famous software experience preferred.

PAY : $18-25 Hourly + DOE
HOURS: Full Time M-F
3-4 Month Temporary Position
