Customer Service/Backup

Our Customer Service Department is looking for an individual who prides themselves on exceptional customer service. If you are detail oriented, have excellent problem solving skills and enjoy working in a fast paced environment, then come join our team. In this
position you will provide service to our subscribers, newspaper
carriers, courtesy drivers and
district manager; all in an effort to assist with the successful
delivery of the newspaper. The ideal candidate can work a flexible 40 hour a week schedule which does include early mornings (3:00am start time) and some weekend coverage.

Assistant Home Delivery Manager

We are seeking a full-time Assistant Home Delivery Manager to join the team and aid in efficient and effective distribution of newspapers to our readers. Assistant Home Delivery Manager is responsible for a developing, training and mentoring fellow Circulation District Managers as well as overseeing a district in Idaho and our twice weekly advertising product. A successful candidate will be able to mentor other district managers, manage independent contractors, cover their territory and maintain high levels of customer service.

Home Delivery Assistant

We are seeking a part-time Home Delivery Assistant to work in our Circulation department. The Home Delivery Assistant position assists our District Managers to ensure papers are delivered during the early morning hours. Qualified candidates will have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, reliable transportation, exceptional customer service skills, and be able to life/move up to 25 pounds on regular basis.

Sales Representative - Multimedia

We are seeking a qualified individual to produce classified advertising revenue by selling our products/services and primarily manage non-contract businesses and customer orders. The position is designed to serve the needs of our advertising customers by delivering appropriate solutions that help achieve the advertiser's objectives; this is achieved by quoting pricing, advertising options and other requested information, and to negotiate contract rates via email, phone, and fax. Type of advertising sold may include Newspaper, digital solutions, and any other product or service offered by The Spokesman-Review.

Distribution Center Facilitator

We are looking for several energetic, reliable, motivated and safe part-time Distribution Center Facilitators. This position will make local deliveries to our company distribution centers, load and unload the truck, coordinate distribution to paper carriers alongside the District Managers, and complete other assigned tasks. We are looking for candidates who enjoy working on a team, thrive in a fast paced environment, prefer to work late evening to early morning hours, and enjoys physical labor. This is the perfect position if you're looking for some additional work, or a part-time job that fits within daily life.
