Accounts Payable/Administrative Assistant
Post Falls company is looking for an Accounts Payable/Administrative Assistant to join their team!

This role will be responsible for reviewing and verifying invoices, coding and matching invoices, setting invoices up for payment, entering and uploading invoices into their system, tracking expenses, processing expense reports, check runs, reconciling accounts, maintaining vendor files and other tasks as needed.

Successful candidate will have 2+ years in similar role, works well with little supervision, is detail oriented, works well in a fast pace environment, excellent communication skills and is personable.

Hours are Monday-Friday and pay is $14/hour.
