Administrative Service Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and upbeat individual to join an industrial consulting company located in North Idaho. The position will answer phones, direct calls to appropriate individual or department, review invoices, assist in working in the parts department, checking in parts and shipping out parts. The position also includes assisting in contract negotiations with local service providers. Data entry of invoices into their tracking system, preparing for approval process and forwarding for payment to clients accounting departments. Ordering and shipping of replacement parts. This is a fast-paced, multi-tasking position that requires desk work and being on your feet for periods of time. Having a basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus. This is a casual work environment, so must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment. Position is full time Monday - Friday.
