Ceridian DayForce Support Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a creative, data driven payroll/benefits aficionado - otherwise known as a Ceridian DayForce Support Specialist - to join our team.

The Ceridian DayForce Support Specialist will be the primary support person, assisting team members with the overall administration of the Human Resources Information System. In this role there is an emphasis on customer service and interpersonal skills. You will respond to employee requests and inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner, and support efforts to create a professional, positive and productive work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead a team, strong knowledge of benefits and payroll, and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Primary support person for Ceridian Dayforce application; responds promptly to incoming inquiries and questions; conducts research as needed
Displays strong customer focus; strives to exceed expectations
Escalates issues/concerns to the attention of his/her Supervisor in a timely manner; engages all appropriate team members and management for quick, quality resolution as needed
Asks questions when in doubt as to the appropriateness of any particular course of action
Assist with DayForce HRIS system with data input and tracking
Assist with data auditing in the Ceridian Dayforce application
Provide Team Members Dayforce training as needed or requested; identifies training needs and provides relevant feedback
Provides payroll backup and assistance in processing as needed.

Maintains confidential information.
Strictly adheres to and ensures all business policies, practices, and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned or as may be necessary.

Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Human Resources or Accounting related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years' experience with Ceridian Dayforce system
Ability to identify and troubleshoot system usability issues.
Knowledge of HR and/or Payroll systems and processes required
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal skills; builds and maintains positive relationships internally and externally.
Active listening skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate an ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

$22-$27 Hourly
