Interim CFO
We are seeking a Interim CFO immediately to assist our client. The position will manage all activities of the office to assure control of assets and to insure effective financial reporting.


1. Establish and monitor policies, procedures and controls.
2. Preparation of financial information; ie: monthly financial statements, cash flow reports,
related worksheets, including all inventories.
3. Create summary financial information and report to the board..
4. Manage Annual Operations and Capital Budget processes.
5. Provide effective leadership and management to the accounting and finance team to assure
team members function efficiently.
6. Monitor internal controls throughout all Operations.
7. Overseeing the annual financial audit and tax filing processes.
8. Other duties as necessary.

Experience & Education

* Four year Bachelors degree in Accounting
* Current CPA License preferred
* Minimum of 5 years accounting experience
* Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
