OFFICE SUPERVISOR
Job Summary:

Oversees numerous office functions, including but not limited to clerical work, word processing, data maintenance, report filing, and telecommunications response. Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness of assigned operations. Responsible for ensuring compliance with established corporate standards and reviewing and evaluating the work and performance of subordinates. A supervisor has authority for personnel actions and oversees most day to day operations of group.  Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.  Performs other related duties as assigned.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree preferred.
Previous management experience preferred.
